Working Hours:  Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM (EST)

Salary Range: $1,500–$2,500 per month

About the Role:As the financial anchor of our client’s growing multifamily portfolio, you will ensure total fiscal accuracy and investor confidence by mastering the month-end close and accrual-based reporting within RealPage. This role offers the unique opportunity to own a structured, independent workflow. Key Responsibilities:
* Month-end close for multifamily properties
* Prepare standard monthly financial reporting packages for owners/investors
* Full bookkeeping within RealPage (primary system)
* Invoice entry, coding, and reconciliation
* Bank-related administrative support (signals, reporting, coordination)
* Maintain books for a few smaller related entities
* Accrual accounting tasks (vs cash)
* Fixed assets, depreciation & amortization schedules
* Support scaling from ~600 units to potentially 800+ units over time
Qualifications:
