Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-drivenAccount Property Managerto serve as the primary liaison between property owners, tenants, and vendors. This role is central to maintaining strong relationships, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues, and delivering a consistently positive client experience.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and excels at multitasking, communication, and process management.
Key Responsibilities
Owner & Tenant Communication
* Act as themain point of contactfor assigned property owners and tenants

* Coordinate vendor scheduling and service timelines

* Ensure maintenance issues are resolved efficiently

* Solicit, review, and evaluate bids for special projects

* Schedule property inspections and spot checks

* Partner with the accounting team to resolve invoice discrepancies
