About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactiveAccount Manager / Customer Success Managerwith deep Amazon expertise to manage client communications and project execution for Amazon launch services. This is a critical role in a fast-paced digital agency, ensuring clients experience smooth launches, professional support, and consistent communication.
The role involves coordinating across global clients and teams, requiring flexibility withEST business hours (8am–5pm)and the ability to respond outside of typical working hours when needed (especially for international clients such as those in the UAE).
You will be trained by senior leadership and supported by the outgoing Account Manager during transition, but are expected to quickly become the primary point of contact for clients.

Experience
* 4+ years in account management or customer success, preferably in theAmazon seller ecosystem.
