About Us

What you'll own
* Ads project management — keep the paid ads pipeline on schedule and logged correctly in Notion; coordinate with production so assets don't stall; route items to the Head of Growth for review and keep approvals from piling up.
* Cross-team coordination — be the connective tissue between external agencies, the email marketing manager, and the monetization and premium/paid-product teams. Chase dependencies, flag blockers early, keep hand-offs clean.
* Projects & dashboards in Notion — build and maintain the team's projects, databases, and dashboards; keep everything logged, assigned, and current so anyone can see status at a glance.
* SOPs — write them, update them, own them. You're the person who keeps our processes documented so they don't live in someone's head.
* Meetings → action — turn meeting notes into assigned, tracked tasks; keep calendar events and meetings updated as priorities shift.

* A tangled process is a thing to be solved, and a clean board, a current SOP, and a dashboard that ties out give you a little jolt of satisfaction.
* You've got real tech, ops, and systems chops. You're the person who makes the tools work for the team instead of the other way around.

* You find the typo everyone else missed and understand that one wrong number or letter can break a formula — or our audience’s trust.

* Genuinely fluent in Notion — databases, relations, rollups, formulas, views, and automations. You build it, not just use it.

* Comfortable with AI and happy to use it to move faster and make the systems smarter.
* A clear, direct communicator who keeps a remote team aligned without a dozen meetings.

Nice to have
* Marketing ops experience — an ESP like Kit, link/UTM and acquisition tracking, funnel and lifecycle basics
* Experience coordinating across departments or wrangling contractors and agencies
