Senior / Lead Web & Graphic Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, highly autonomousSenior / Lead Web & Graphic Designer(10+ years of experience) to take ownership of visual architecture, web experiences, and creative execution across our agency accounts.

In this role, you will not simply execute design tickets—you will own the end-to-end user experience. You will build scalable design systems, lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, craft complex web stacks, and articulate design rationale directly to US founders, executives, and brand stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Design Ownership:Lead the creative development of web frameworks, user journeys, brand architectures, and conversion-focused landing pages.
* Design Systems & Web Development:Build, document, and maintain comprehensive design systems in Figma; construct and deploy modern, responsive web experiences using Webflow, WordPress, or similar visual CMS platforms.
* Agency Project Operations (Monday.com):UtilizeMonday.comdaily as the operational spine for managing project timelines, tracking resource allocations, organizing design pipelines, and executing cross-functional agency workflows.
* CRO & Performance Design:Utilize data-driven conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles to design high-impact ad concepts, landing page variations, and user interfaces that maximize campaign ROI.
* Client-Facing Communication:Articulate design decisions, present concepts, and lead creative reviews directly with US clients, brand leads, and executive stakeholders with executive-level polish.
* Creative Autonomy & Quality Assurance:Translate high-level strategic concepts into fully realized visual assets with zero hand-holding, while maintaining quality standards across all project outputs.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience:10+ years of progressive design experience as a Senior Designer, UI/UX Lead, Web Designer, or Art Director within an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
* Platform Mastery (Monday.com):Deep familiarity and daily working proficiency withMonday.com. Experience in this platform is essential to how we structure, track, and breathe through all agency projects daily.
* Advanced Technical Stack:Mastery ofFigma(components, auto-layout, design tokens), Adobe Creative Cloud, and advanced hands-on web building tools (Webflow,WordPress, HTML/CSS frameworks).
* Strategic & CRO Expertise:Proven track record of designing for conversion, understanding sales funnels, visual hierarchy, and user interaction design.
* Executive Portfolio Required:A comprehensive portfolio showcasing high-end brand systems, enterprise web design, UI/UX workflows, and high-performing marketing collateral.
* Client-Facing English Polish:Native or near-native written and spoken English fluency. You must be comfortable leading live design reviews and articulating strategic choices to US executives.
* Timezone & Setup:Ability to operate autonomously during full US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
