Overview
Our client is a boutique website agency specializing in high-converting Shopify storefronts, particularly for e-commerce brands running promotional and giveaway campaigns. We are seeking aWebsite Project Managerwho can serve as the central point of coordination between clients and our internal team.
This role combinesproject management,client success, andlight operational supportwithin Shopify. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
Primary Objective
To ensure seamless communication and execution across all client projects by managing feedback, coordinating internal teams, overseeing onboarding, and maintaining organized project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients across approximately30β40 Slack channels.
* Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
* Ensure client requests are acknowledged quickly and followed through to completion.
* Maintain strong, trust-based relationships and proactively follow up with clients.
2. Project Coordination & Task Management
* Translate client feedback into clear, actionable tasks for developers and designers.
* Assign, prioritize, and track tasks to ensure timely delivery.
* Monitor project progress and address potential bottlenecks.
* Share project briefs and updates with internal teams via Slack and Notion.
* Ensure quality assurance and that deliverables align with client expectations.
3. Client Onboarding & Requirements Gathering
* Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring all necessary information is captured and organized.
* Document project requirements inNotion, including:Giveaway details (dates, pricing, and rules)Product specifications and offersBranding and creative assetsKey project milestones and timelines

4. Giveaway & Campaign Coordination
* Oversee operational details specific to giveaway campaigns.
* Ensure accuracy of critical elements such as pricing, timelines, product specifications, and official rules.
* Maintain organization and consistency across all campaign components.
5. Basic Shopify Management
* Perform simple updates within Shopify when needed, such as:Swapping banners or imagesUpdating navigation menus and linksEditing basic page contentMaking minor configuration adjustments

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
* 3+ years of experience inproject management,account management, orcustomer successwithin a digital agency or e-commerce environment.
* Hands-on experience withShopify, particularly with storefront management.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client communications simultaneously.
* Experience withclient onboardingand requirements documentation.
Technical & Operational Skills
* Strong familiarity withSlackfor client communication.
* Experience usingNotionor similar project management/documentation tools.
* Ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams.
* Understanding of e-commerce workflows and digital marketing campaigns.
* Familiarity withFigmaor design collaboration tools is a plus.
