Webflow Designer/ Developer

Salary range:$2000-$3000

Working Schedule:9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Designer/Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance websites and landing pages. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Webflow, including the CMS, template and component libraries and the plugin ecosystem. They should be adept at optimizing sites for speed, scalability, and mobile responsiveness. They should also have a good understanding of SEO, CRO, and UI/UX. Responsibilities include ensuring website functionality, conducting regular updates, building new experiences and landing pages, integrating content, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities
* Design and develop websites and landing pages using Webflow.
* Strong Knowledge of Webflowincluding the CMS, template and component libraries and plugin ecosystem.
* Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UI/UX principles.
* Ensure website functionality and perform regular updates and maintenance.
* Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
* Implement responsive design to ensure websites are mobile-friendly.
* Work with content teams to integrate and update website content.
* Conduct website testing and resolve any technical issues.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Webflow Designer/Developer or similar role.
* Strong portfolio showcasing Webflow design skills.
* Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and other relevant web design coding languages.
* Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
* Knowledge of SEO and CRO principles.
* Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
