The Opportunity

We are looking for a hybridFull-Stack Developer and AI Systems Architectwho is obsessed with business efficiency. We are ready to bring our web development in-house to someone who doesn't just "build sites," but buildsinfrastructure.The ideal candidate is a "Solution Hunter." Whether it’s building a custom AI agent to automate our P&Ls via QuickBooks or finding and implementing an existing enterprise tool to solve a bottleneck, you are the person who makes our business smarter and leaner.

What You Will Own
* AI Implementation:Identify and build (or implement) AI systems to automate backend business processes—specifically linking AI logic to QuickBooks for real-time P&L and financial reporting.
* Web Development & Maintenance:Take full ownership of our long-standing WordPress site. You must be an expert at managing a "heavy" site with numerous plugins and high content volume.
* API & Workflow Integrations:Build and maintain high-stakes integrations (e.g., LinkedIn to Stripe, payment links that trigger WordPress permissions, and cross-platform automation).
* CRM & Ops Infrastructure:Manage and optimize our GoHighLevel (or equivalent) environment to ensure data flows seamlessly from payment to user access.

Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience:5+ years in Web Development with a heavy focus on Back-end/APIs.
* Expertise:WordPress, QuickBooks API, Stripe integrations, and GoHighLevel (or similar CRM).
* AI Proficiency:Documented experience using LLMs and AI tools to build or better a business.
* Curiosity:A proven track record of seeking out and implementing new technical solutions without being prompted. You are an AI hobbyist and have built out tools, apps, or even helped businesses improve efficiency through your in-depth knowledge of AI platforms/integrations.
