About the Role:We are exploring a new direction in our product development and are seeking a highly skilledUI/UX Designer with a strong focus on Figma and prototyping. In this role, you will create innovative, high-fidelity prototypes—ideally leveraging tools like Figma Make—to bring cutting-edge design concepts to life. While coding experience is not required, your designs should demonstrate the functionality and user experience equivalent to frontend implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop visually stunning and highly functional UI/UX designs using Figma, including Figma Make prototypes.
* Translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive, engaging designs.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to iterate on prototypes.
* Produce design systems, style guides, and reusable components to maintain consistency across products.
* Stay up-to-date with design trends, especially in AI-driven interfaces or adjacent niches.
* Present and communicate design ideas clearly to team members and leadership.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of professional product design experience
* Proven expertise in creating high-fidelity, interactive prototypes in Figma, including Figma Make, showcasing advanced animations and dynamic user interactions.
* Proven experience designing AI-driven products
* Strong motion design sensibility, using animation strategically to enhance usability and perceived intelligence
* Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, user-centered designs
* Strong portfolio showcasing interactive Figma Make prototypes
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred:
* Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and emerging prototyping technologies.
* Exposure to adjacent industries or niches relevant to our product space.
