Influencer Management & New BusinessLocation:Hybrid / RemoteCompany:CrowdmakersOverviewWe’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to run two equally important areas of the business:
* 50% Influencer & UGC partnerships for clients
* 50% Sales development & new business opportunities
This role sits between delivery and growth. You’ll be responsible for building creatorpartnerships that drive results for clients, while also helping Crowdmakers identify andopen new commercial opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer & UGC Partnerships (50%)
* Researching, sourcing and approaching influencers and creators
* Managing outreach, negotiations and bookings for client campaigns
* Building and maintaining a reliable creator network
* Coordinating UGC delivery with internal teams and clients
* Tracking partnerships, content usage and performance results
Sales Development & Partnerships (50%)
* Proactively identifying brands that are a strong fit for Crowdmakers
* Outreach to potential clients via email, LinkedIn and other channels
* Opening conversations and qualifying opportunities
* Passing warm leads into the CEO for closing
* Feeding back market insight, trends and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
* Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)

* Experience in relationship building, account management and, partnerships
