Responsibilities

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
* Extensive experience (6+ years) managing both accounting and finance functions
* Strong understanding of US and global finance, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
* Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, treasury management, and M&A activities in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth.
