Job Description

* Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry tasks in QuickBooks Online
* Complete monthly financial statements accurately and on time
* Manage journal entries and fixed asset schedules
* Execute cleanup projects and bring historical books up to date
* Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
* Communicate directly with clients and team members to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
* Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for all work performed
* Adhere to deadlines and contribute to ongoing process improvements
* Prepare, review, and present monthly financial statements and reporting packets to clients
* Explain financial results clearly and confidently to non-accounting stakeholders
* Respond to client questions and proactively identify areas of concern or improvement
* Maintain strong client relationships through professional, timely communication
* Preparefull-cycle bookkeepingfor multiple clients
* Ensure bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations are completed correctly and on time

* Ensure adherence to U.S. accounting standards and internal best practices

* Help organize and prioritize work across clients and the internal team

* 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience with strong full-cycle knowledge
* Advanced experience with QuickBooks Online (certification required)
* Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial statements
* Proven experience in a client-facing role, presenting and explaining financials
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-growing environment
