What You’ll Do
* Prospect & research:Use LinkedIn, HubSpot, email platforms, and other tools to identify and engage potential clients.
* Cold outreach & campaigns:Execute targeted outbound campaigns across email, Text, and other channels with personalised, creative messaging.
* Tailor outreach across industries:Understand different sectors’ hiring needs and position Somewhere’s recruitment solutions as the answer.
* Stay ahead of trends:Track industry shifts, hiring patterns, and market news to keep outreach sharp and relevant.
* Engage with value:Build credibility through meaningful conversations, insightful follow:ups, and recruitment:focused problem:solving.
* Manage pipeline:Keep every lead tracked, qualified, and followed up in HubSpot (or similar CRMs like Salesforce / Recruit CRM).
* Own your numbers:Report on outreach KPIs, pipeline growth, and conversion metrics to consistently hit targets.

What We’re Looking For
* Experience:1–3 years in sales development, lead generation, or client engagement. Recruitment/talent sourcing exposure is a plus.
* Tech-savvy prospectors:Skilled with platforms like Zoom Info or Lusha, email marketing tools, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Recruit CRM).
* Strong communicators:Confident, clear, and persuasive in both written and spoken English.
* Driven & goal-oriented:Self-starters who don’t need hand-holding to hit targets.
* Resilient multitaskers:Able to juggle multiple campaigns, leads, and follow-ups without missing a beat.
