About the Role:We are seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage with high-interest leads — primarily independent jewelers in the U.S. — and convert them into active users of our platform. This is a performance-driven role for a confident communicator who thrives on turning interest into action.
Core Responsibilities
* Lead Engagement:Conduct outbound and inbound discovery calls with U.S.-based jewelers who are high-interest leads.
* Product Demonstration:Deliver concise and compelling 10-minute product demonstrations that clearly highlight how our platform simplifies the custom order process.
* Conversion and Onboarding:Guide prospects through the sign-up process, ensuring they create an account and successfully submit their initial request on the platform.
* Follow-Up:Proactively engage warm leads via phone, email, and video to drive final conversions.
* Collaboration & Tracking:Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding experience.Utilize CRM tools to meticulously track all activities and performance metrics.Provide continuous feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to optimize strategy.

Required Experience & Skills:
* Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of full-time experience in an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative role.
* Communication:Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (a neutral accent is preferred). Must be confident and personable during video and phone interactions.
* Market Knowledge:Demonstrated experience engaging with U.S. clients or within English-speaking markets.
* Personal Attributes:Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, organized, and a genuine "go-getter." Must be a quick learner with the ability to clearly articulate a value proposition.
* Tech Stack:Comfortable and proficient with CRM tools, email automation software, and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Loom).
Preferred (Bonus Points):
* Prior experience selling tech or Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
* Familiarity with the retail, jewelry, or e-commerce industries.
* Knowledge of formal sales frameworks (e.g., SPIN, Challenger).
