Our UK-based client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a solid background in both international hiring and agency recruitment. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a forward-thinking team that values autonomy, innovation, and performance. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment processes for global clients, helping them attract and retain top-tier talent while developing your own career in a thriving international environment.

Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for international roles across multiple sectors.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with UK-based and global organisations.
* Source candidates using a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent pools.
* Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and manage the offer process.
* Collaborate with clients to understand role requirements, cultural fit, and long-term hiring goals.
* Negotiate terms with clients and candidates in line with company guidelines.
* Meet and exceed monthly performance and placement targets.
* Maintain accurate records using the company’s ATS and CRM systems.
* Provide market insight and strategic hiring advice to clients.

Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in international placements.
* Proven background in a recruitment agency or consultancy environment.
* Strong understanding of UK and/or global hiring markets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit KPIs.
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer.
