Job Description

Brief Job Description:The Property Management Junior Associate will remotely assist in all aspects regarding the management and well being of our storage facilities.

Scope of Services:The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
* Serve as point of contact for on-the-ground personnel (i.e. our Facility Operator) at multiple facilities
* Build schedules and track hours and expenses for Facility Operators
* Create, assign, and document completion of various tasks and projects
* Track expenditures and cost allocation across facilities
* Inventory control and purchasing supplies
* Manage our CRM software to accurately reflect the state of each facility
Necessary Skills & Characteristics:
* Proficient using Excel or Google Sheets
* Attention to detail is a MUST
* Willingness and ability to adapt and grow
* Responsible and reliable work ethic
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Hours:

9am-5pm EST Mon-Friday (40 hours)

The schedule may vary and will be determined by your supervisor.

Service Fee:To be determined based on experience.Paid twice a month.

Vacation/Sick Days:10 vacation days7 sick days per year
