About the Role

We are seeking ahigh-performing Media Buyer & GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialistto bridge the gap betweentop-of-funnel traffic acquisitionandbottom-of-funnel conversion systems.

This is not a “button-pusher” role.

You are afull-stack performance marketerwho understands how to:

• Drive efficient, high-quality traffic fromMeta and Google Ads• Build and optimizefunnels inside GoHighLevel (GHL)• Design automation systems that convert leads intoappointments and revenue

You think in terms ofROI, CPA, MER, and pipeline velocity— not vanity metrics.

What Success Looks Like

• Campaigns consistently hit CPA / ROAS targets• Small daily budgets produce measurable results• Funnels convert traffic into qualified leads• Workflows move leads from capture through nurture to booked appointments• Sales teams have clean pipelines and attribution visibility• Accounts remain compliant and healthy

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)• End-to-end campaign management• Creative testing & iteration• Budget scaling (ABO / CBO)• Retargeting strategy• Audience testing & refinement

Google Ads• Search (intent-based campaigns)• Performance Max• YouTube Ads• Keyword strategy & structure

Performance Optimization• Daily KPI monitoring (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, MER)• Budget allocation & pivots• Bottleneck identification• Scaling & stabilization

Compliance & Account Health• Maintain ad account quality scores• Ensure policy compliance• Prevent account flags or disruptions

Small Budget Performance Mastery (Critical)

Most campaigns operate at:

•$50 – $100 per day•Up to approximately $4,500 per month per client

This requires:

• Precision testing• Smart budget allocation• Efficient creative iteration• Strong statistical decision-making

Experience scaling large budgets without small-budget discipline will not be sufficient.

GoHighLevel (GHL) Architecture & Optimization

Funnels & Pages• Build landing pages, surveys, and lead forms• Optimize for conversions

Automation & Workflows• Design lead nurture sequences• Configure triggers, conditions, and tagging logic• Bridge lead generation to appointment booking

Pipeline Management• Build custom pipeline stages• Implement lead scoring• Establish attribution tracking

Integrations• API / Zapier connections• CRM & external tool syncing

Snapshots• Build and deploy scalable GHL environments

Creative & Copy Collaboration

• Collaborate on ad hooks and messaging angles• A/B test creatives and copy• Iterate landing page messaging• Coordinate with design and video resources as needed

(Basic Canva or editing skills are helpful but not required.)

Qualifications & Skills

Required Experience

•3+ yearsmanaging Meta & Google Ads• Documented success managing$10k+ monthly ad spend• Proven success working withsmall daily budgets ($50–$100/day)• Strong direct-response / lead-generation background
