About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Disposition Specialist to manage the sale of investment properties and maximize deal profitability.
This role is responsible for marketing properties, building and maintaining a strong buyers list, negotiating offers, and ensuring deals are closed efficiently. You will act as the key point of contact between the company and investors/buyers, ensuring a smooth transaction process from contract to closing.

What You’ll Do
Property Marketing & Buyer Outreach
* Market available properties to investors and buyers
* Build, manage, and continuously grow a strong buyers list
* Conduct outreach via email, phone, and investor networks
* Promote deals through various channels to generate interest
Deal Management & Negotiation
* Present property details, pricing, and investment opportunities to buyers
* Negotiate offers to maximize profitability
* Manage multiple deals simultaneously at various stages
* Ensure timely follow-up with interested buyers
Transaction Coordination
* Oversee the transaction process from contract to closing
* Coordinate with title companies, buyers, and internal teams
* Ensure all documentation and timelines are met
* Resolve issues that may arise during the closing process
Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and repeat buyers
* Understand buyer preferences and match them with appropriate deals
* Maintain consistent communication to drive repeat business
Reporting & CRM Management
* Track deals, buyer activity, and pipeline in CRM systems
* Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions
* Report on sales performance and deal flow
* Analyze results to improve disposition strategies
What You Bring
Required Experience
* 2–5+ years of experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, or dispositions
* Experience working with investment properties, house flipping, or wholesale deals
* Proven track record of closing deals and negotiating effectively
* Strong understanding of real estate transactions and closing processes
* Experience managing a sales pipeline and working within a CRM
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Results-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
Technical Skills
* CRM platforms (Podio, Salesforce, or similar)
* Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (for tracking deals and reporting)
* Communication tools (phone systems, email, SMS platforms)
* Comfortable using marketing platforms to promote deals
Nice to Have
* Existing network of real estate investors or buyers
* Experience in virtual wholesaling or remote real estate transactions
* Familiarity with MLS, Zillow, or other property platforms
* Knowledge of contract assignments and wholesale deal structures
* Experience working with U.S. real estate markets
