The Opportunity

We are hiring aDirector of Operationsto serve as the operational backbone of the organization.

This is not a maintenance role — this is abuild and scale role.

You will take ownership of the systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable the business to operate efficiently at scale. Your mandate is to eliminate inefficiencies, modernize workflows, implement automation, and create a high-performance operating environment for the entire team.

* Evaluating cost structures and presenting data-backed recommendations
* Building reporting dashboards for leadership visibility
* Improving throughput and output across teams

What You Bring

Core Experience:
* 10+ years of operations experience in high-growth or high-volume environments
* Experience scaling systems and processes inside a growing organization
* Strong people management experience (accountability, performance management, coaching)
* Proven ability to build and implement SOPs and operational frameworks
Industry Experience (Preferred):
* Real estate, brokerage, or transaction-heavy environments
* Strong understanding of operational workflows tied to high-volume transactions
