About the Role
We are seeking aDirector of Business Developmentto lead and scale our revenue growth initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership position with full ownership of the sales pipeline, client acquisition strategy, and revenue delivery. The successful candidate will step into a pivotal role currently held by our Founder, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term continuity for the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Revenue Growth Ownership: Lead the full business development lifecycle from outbound prospecting to closing new accounts.
