Senior Digital Marketing & E-commerce Strategist

Role Overview: The Strategic Builder & 360° E-commerce Leader
We are seeking afull-spectrum, 360° marketing professionalwho is eager tobuild this marketing function from the ground up.This is a highly autonomous role perfect for an individual with an agency or startup background who can implement structure, define new processes, and rapidly expand the company's digital footprint.
You are not a narrow specialist; you are an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist who willproactively offer consultingto the business, expanding your own role as you scale revenue.
Critical Requirement: Autonomy and Strategic Oversight
We require someone with the confidence toadvise the client on how to build out their own roleand who possesses the experience toknow if a channel is profitable, understand attribution, and detect when agencies or campaigns are underperforming.You must be able to run with the marketing function without requiring constant oversight.
Core Responsibilities & Scaling Strategy
This role is designed to bepart-time initially(minimum 4 hours overlapping with EST), scaling to full-time based on the strategic needs you identify and successfully implement.
