The Customer Success Associate is the execution engine of our Customer organization and the primary day-to-day partner to customers for onboarding through program delivery.

This is a customer-facing execution role (distinct from quota-carrying Account Management and strategic advisory roles). You own how enterprise programs get delivered-working directly with customer stakeholders to ensure deployments run on time, on spec, and with a consistently high-quality experience from launch through adoption. You turn strategy into reality and scale that execution through systems and AI.

We are evolving our Customer organization from high-touch, manual execution to AI-enabled, scalable delivery. As we grow into supporting 10s to 100s of enterprise customers, we need a repeatable, reliable execution layer that ensures every program launches successfully and operates without friction.

The Customer Associate role exists to build and operate that layer-working directly with customers to bring structure to ambiguity, ensure consistent delivery, and enable scale without proportional headcount growth.
