About the Role
We are hiring ahigh-output Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialistto support outbound business development for a growingsecurity services company.
This role is focused onhunting for new businessthrough outbound campaigns, while also maintaining light touchpoints with existing customers.
You will be responsible forfilling the sales pipelineby identifying prospects, reaching out via email (and occasionally phone), and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
Core Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Generation (Primary Focus)
* Executecold outbound email campaigns
* Identify and research prospects using tools like:ZoomInfoALNCRM databases

* Personalize outreach to increase response rates

Appointment Setting

* Schedule meetings for sales reps / leadership
* Ensure smooth handoff of leads to closers
Customer Touchpoints (Secondary)
* Maintain light communication withexisting customers
* Send follow-ups, check-ins, and relationship touchpoints
* Help ensure continued engagement and retention

* Track outreach activity and performance in CRM
