About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedVoice Coach / Voice Actorwith expertise inaccent training, speech clarity, and vocal performanceto train sales and customer service representatives who work with American customers. This role will focus on helping team members adapt their vocal delivery for clarity, confidence, and cultural resonance with our diverse customer base.

You will design and deliver engaging training programs, provide one-on-one coaching, and develop learning materials to help our representatives master accent modification, tone control, and effective verbal communication techniques.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess & Develop Vocal SkillsEvaluate current speech patterns of customer service reps.Identify strengths, areas for improvement, and accent-related challenges.
